There was parking issue, the staff behavior was not good, there was no facility for driver to stay, no good hospitialty

Terrible and Pathetic

Horrible experience.. I checked in late and only 1 staff was present. Room was small and smell was very pathetic. I have not seen such a terrible quilt, pillow covers and Bed sheet. They were torn from places, were not washed and had yellow stains. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

This property is located in the center of srinagar. Nice hospitality. Staff is so cooperative. Attached restaurant has good taste. Must visit with family.

familyIt was a average stay. Pros awesome location, middle of main market cons bed sheets were dirty and not replaced from previous stay. Had to ask them to replace lift was not working due to lack of power took time for aircon to heat the room
