Good - recommended
Had a good experience overall there. What I liked - Parking for car present. Friendly and welcoming staff - gave us an upgrade to balcony rooms , also very responsive to our needs. Terrace - my favourite- Great view of the mountains. Neat , spacious and clean room (room with balcony), balcony has great mountain view- enjoyed with coffee viewing the peaks. Food taste - good. Also had a lawn area to sit and relax. What i found a little off - i had payed for room - a little overvalued

Poor Stay
rooms was not cleaned everyday and as per make my trip policy they didn't offer tea at 4 to 6 pm and not provided water bottle daily

The best hotel in Kufri- Galleu Hill Resort
The location is perfect , and staff are really so so nice and provide the best service each and every staff are so good and gave their 100 percent to make our stay pleasent

Very polite and top notch service
They gave me a free room upgrade. Staff is very polite and service is top notch. In service Mr. Mangeram and in operations Mr. Kashyap are very good. They help me out with the nearby gems and arranged a candle light dinner for us.

Property was immensely Good as well as good location but food wasn’t not even cut a single bite literally completely taste less if plan then prepared to go outside for food

Hotel located in Nice location so beautiful weather conditions explore beauty of Himalayas. But food quality is average and quantity of dish is low compare the prices.

Terrible Stay
ये हॉटेल मत बुक करना.. बहोतंही खराब अनुभव था.. पैसे जादा खर्च करो लेकिन ये हॉटेल मत बुक करना.. make my trip ऑफर दिखाती हें पर हॉटेल Hotel Kyon discount Deti Hai yah Nahin dikhti बुक होणे बाद आप कुछ नही कर सकते.. ये 3 स्टार नही 1 स्टार हॉटेल हैं..

Review
Overall resort was just Average, Doors and Toilet seats were old and damaged. Foods were Average , Breakfast had very limited varieties. Chicken ordered in Dinner was stale . I have Booked Resort , but one will get far better tariff OTC. As I extended the room for one more day and got the same room 50% cheaper. There is no lift in the hotel. Only the positive point was their supportive staffs and View from the Resort.

Excellent Stay
5. Galleu had a beautiful view from the room, service was good, food was very tasty. Overall i had a great time. Hosteller has beautiful rooms, with amazing views. It was a pleasant experience.
