The stay was horrible to say the least. The location showed is totally wrong. Location was very bad and sort of cut off and deserted from the main area. No amenities were there, no water in the wash basin tap. We landed at 8:30pm and did not feel comfortable in that area, with a kerala state beverage wine shop near it, limited fooding option with a single hotel called eden holidays for fooding option with limited menu, as a result, we decided to shift to some other area. No connectivity is there from that area ( no auto / cab, the roads are under construction ( difficult to walk also. Room was very small as compared to the price, though the host was co operative. I wish to get a refund for misleading location and quality of stay. Though i booked for 2 days, i checked out next day.

No food or breakfast support available. The nearest available good food / restaurant was around 800 meter distance near Munnar central. Room, Bed was good and clean. Daily Room cleaning service(cleaning, changing bed cover etc)was not seen. Due to bad front road and poor street light conditions difficulties faced to get auto during night after 7:30pm, Auto charges during day Rs.50/- and evening Rs 60-70/- upto munnar central bus stand and nearest food stall. Clean toilet, 24 hrs hot water , but exhaust fan was not working,, poor flow due to blockage in basin tap seen which could not be resolved during our stay. Behaviour and support of only one allrounder staff was good. Daily Room cleanig support was not seen. Per day price was high comparing with all these service and location
