The location and atmosphere were excellent. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was outstanding. However, the service did not meet expectations. Many things had to be handled on our own, such as lifting our luggage, which was disappointing.

“Horrible Experience – Avoid This Place!” This was the worst hotel booking experience ever! We booked our stay , paid the full amount, and arrived at the property with our family—only to be denied a room. The reason? The owner’s friends were drinking there, and they refused to accommodate us! We were left stranded at night, having to search for another place to stay. The staff was extremely rude, completely clueless about handling the situation, and showed no concern for our safety or comfort. We even had to call the police just to get our issue addressed! This place is absolutely NOT family-friendly and definitely not safe for women. I would rate it zero stars if possible. Do NOT book this property—especially if you’re traveling with family!
