Location is very constraint, nearby hotel people's doesn't know this place easily

Not clean. Their lift do not work. Staircase is very stiff to climb. There is no time table of free breakfast.

The room was fine, the staff was also good

Stay waa not comfortable, got poor room, very old washroom, although ac is ok, but overall not good

Tp stands for tourist palace in case you are wondering around and not finding the hotel.

First of all the hotel descriptions doesn’t match to the real rooms. Bed and pillows are unhygienic. There are oil marks all over the linens and the pillows are uhhh in a terrible state at least they have some covers. They replaced the towel when requested. Lift didn’t work and I got a room in 3rd floor. Bathroom commode is broken. I couldn’t survive for an entire day. They provide water bottles but not a sealed one. They mentioned breakfast is included but it is not a buffet you don’t have options. Overall I survived a nightmare.

Had a brilliant stay. Couldn't find any fault in the hotel. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again
