Had a pleasant stay at Clay Inn, clean, comfortable rooms and courteous staff made the experience smooth. Loved the quick service. Great value for money and a convenient location. Would happily stay again.

The bathroom was very dirty and the plate was stained

room is not comfortable, bath made like temporary with transparent glass and food Included but no buffet for dinner and breakfast. clay inn is only in name no standard of international worst services

Experience was really good property staff and over all experience. I genuinely suggest people to stay there

Location is not apt as there is Metro construction work going on, moreover there is no parking, Valet takes the car and parks it anywhere he feels right without thinking if it would bother the guest or anyone else. Do not provide any kind of consumables like Dental kit, Shaving kit, Slippers etc. Didn't try the food so can't comment. Otherwise comfortable Rooms, not very fancy but comfortable. Price wise not complete Value for Money but is still quite better than other options around. Cleanliness is upo the mark.

Hotel is really nice and great but the service is really slow. Ordered food 2 times but beed to wait long and after that also some items left un delivered . Then i have to make them remind again and again even after paying a huge service charge.

I booked a deluxe room , which was beautiful, neat and clean . It would have been better if service of hotel include the hotel staff to show guests to their rooms. But anyway overall experience was good

the hotel was really cozy ,bathroom was really clean, environment was good but space could be a problem for group , toiletries were not provided except a single towel but the overall experience is good

I recently stayed at Clay Inn Hotels, Paschim Vihar in Delhi, and I had a wonderful experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The food, especially the breakfast, was outstanding! They provided a delicious and well-packaged breakfast that was a perfect start to my day. Although the room was compact, it was incredibly comfortable and overall ambiance was attractive. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Great job, Clay Inn Hotels...!!

The room was okay but there was only one towel in the toilet. Use it after washing hands or for bathing. The food quality is low. The service is also slow. The rest of the reception guys are good people and there is no parking in this hotel. The car has to be parked outside. I request the hotel management to do some work on these things. The rest of the hotel is good, neat & clean.

The hotel staff was very bad, I booked one meal within my booking and I paid around for that and against that amount the hotel is saying that we can only provide you mix veg dal rice and roti, which is very bad they should atleast provide me the meal equal to the amount I paid

Rooms are soo cleaned and hygienic. Amenities are all available and I'm very happy with the stay. Overall excellent Hotel
