On 14 july in the night , there was a complete power outage in the hotel for the entire night. This is absolutely unacceptable. As a guest, I expect basic facilities such as electricity to be consistently available — it is not a luxury but a fundamental necessity.
Due to this outage, I was unable to sleep properly, my work was severely disrupted, and I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable throughout the night. It is shocking that a reputed chain like yours failed to provide even the most basic services.
I demand a one day refund for this stay immediately. I chose your hotel based on the promise of reliable services, and this experience has completely shattered
