Our experience during the business trip at the fab hotel was quite unsatisfactory.
We had booked a deluxe room for three nights through Make My Trip.
Upon our arrival at the hotel, we found the location to be quite poor, and the entrance was disorganized.
Hygiene was not properly maintained. The rooms were very small, with an unpleasant odor, and the bathrooms were dirty. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, especially regarding the breakfast options, which were limited to just bread or idli vada.
After making several calls, they finally delivered breakfast.
