lovely room. from outside heritage building. interiors very good. very near to railway station. washroom also very clean

Hotel room was poor in case of mobile phone use inspite of Wi Fi,Location of Hotel is good Washroom had no exhaust fan,Referigerator was not working.All the Hotels must have but was not available.

Property may look old from outside but room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is also clean. Only there are no signboards around.

centrally located. Although the building structure is not at all attractive, room was very good, clean with all basic amenities. Would recommend for a male solo traveller. Definitely not for a family.

I picked this place for it’s location - proximity to TMM holding area. Staff were very helpful - I needed some bananas but could not find any vendor nearby; requested the hotel manager and they sent someone to purchase bananas for me.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very polite, and helpful. The location is very practical in terms of connectivity, the only feedback is that they may want to consider keeping tissues/toilet paper in the room.

Good behaviours, good cleaning, responsible staff and comfortable stay

Capital hotel is a unit of the residency hotel, mumbai. Located just opposite vt, this is the best place to stay, i would say, upon comparing cost, connectivity and comfort. Rooms are surprisingly spacious, clean and comfortable, compared to any other place at such a prime location and at the given rent. Although the place does not have a pantry, there are ample of food options nearby, and also the staff was very kind to offer breakfast during my stay. I must make a special mention of the service they provide. The staff is pro-actively helpful and understanding. I didn't get to know everyone's name (would have mentioned if i knew, but towfique is ever smiling and ready for any assistance. All other staff members i met were equally cooperative. The entrance may be slightly tricky to find at first, but just remember that it is located at the rear entrance of the old capital cinema building. In brief, i had a memorable stay at the capital hotel. Would certainly choose this place again if i stay in mumbai.
