Average Stay
Room is average, AC is not upto the mark as it's cooling rate is very slow, TV is just a showpiece, no chairs in the room it's very difficult to eat your food, hot water in the taps, you need to ask for sealed water bottles, I reached hotel at 2 pm still I waited for 40 minutes to check in as they started cleaning the room when I reached. Door lock is damaged, no side mini tables around bed.

Poor Stay
No room service, rooms in bad condition breakfast was also not made in house and timing was very poor for breakfast

The stay was very nice. It was neat, clean and well maintained. It is very close to janakpur east metro station. Hotel staff were also very polite and helpful. Everything with the stay was very good.

location is 10/10, near to B1 community center i.e. my office and very near to metro station complementary food is good, service needs bit improvement

Poor Stay
Towels were missing in the room, no tissue paper was in the room as well as washroom, no water bottle in the room, television was not working and only single chair was there in the room
