Good resort and full view of ooty we can see in the rooms front desk also very help full

This is an amazing place with super friendly and helpful staff. In love with the amazing view from the balcony a beautiful cozy place for a stay at ooty

Stay was horrible for the amount paid. Apart from the hill view, stay was so bad and i will never go this place. Don’t recommend for family. Cons: no clean mattress ( see attached pic, bracken toilet flush, tv without having connection, very small room, no towel provided, pros: car parking, near tea museum

Small room for the price, poorly maintained, room and bathroom were filthy, they didn't even changed the bed sheets.

Worst experience in eagle view resort no proper maintanance. Smelly rooms smelly beds n towels. Huge disappointment money wasted. Lost faith in make my trip too

Very poor maintenance toilet was not clean. Flush not working. Tea & coffee facility not there. Mosquitos was torturing full night.

No water, no good key, no hot water, torn bed, unwashed sheets and blanket, small room, but can service was very good

Hotel didn't reflect the ratings. Not even basic things like some, paste provided. Even more there was no hot water in the room for bathing.

It was the worst experience. Please avoid it if you are staying with family. No hot water for the bath, tv not working. No proper support staff. Except for the view, it doesn't have much to offer. It's painful to visit a place with family where basic amenities like hot water are missing.
