Stay was average. Staff service was good. They were cooperative. But light was not adequate. Mosquitoes problem and washbasin board broken. I have not taken it.

For the price of per night, the hotel and the room is extreme tacky. There are stains on the blanket and oil stains on the bed sheet in spite of getting them to put fresh sheet. The bathroom is extremely dirty, they didn’t even give a tissue roll inspire of asking had to ask for a few times water bottles only unhealthy breakfast option available refused to cancel the second night when requested and overcharged the room rate compared to the rate put up on the reception counter

Dear make my trip, i hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that although my stay was satisfactory, i am dissatisfied with the charges levied by your platform. Make my trip charged me a total of 9327 rupees for a two-night stay, whereas upon inquiring directly with the hotel, i discovered that the actual charges were only 4000 rupees. I believe that the fee charged by make my trip was excessively high, and i find this to be an unfavorable situation. I kindly request that you review and clarify the charges, and provide an explanation for the discrepancy. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly.
