very far from expectation. Too old pics are uploaded online. In current time room's condition is very bad. The laboratory area is also not clear. Bad experience

Good Stay
Everything is perfect but this time they removed internal extra lock from entry gate of room. And second they checked 3 times Panic testing which is irritating and alerting also. After all good experience and if above things can be change it will improve overall Experience.

It was awesome stay located in south delhi at nehru place .. The Complimentary breakfast which we have provided each day it is very tasty.. value for money.. I'll surely recommend this stay with my friends..

It was not good. Rooms were dirty and bathroom was not clean. You can get much better hotel in this price range.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
I had a wonderful one-day stay at The Oakland Plaza by Orion Hotels. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and came with a decent view. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay relaxing. The service was truly top-notch — the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The only thing I felt could have been better is the in-room TV. It wasn’t a smart TV, and having one would have added more convenience and entertainment to the stay. Okay so basically washroom was very small some lights were not working according to the price room wasn't good enough washroom wasn't clean tables were having dirt

The hotel was even better than I had hoped. The interiors were elegant and the staff was extremely professional. I loved how everything felt clean and organized. Poor Stay
The restaurant was on a different building and we had to reach there everytime even during rains to get food. Also few times the buffet was cancelled but we were not informed about it. No communication from staffs about any information. Not a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff was generally responsive, but a landline on the first floor kept ringing throughout the night. Despite raising multiple complaints, the reception failed to resolve the issue. Apart from this, the stay was fairly average.
