Location was very poor. Breakfast limited options.Not worth the price

stay was excellent, location is near to the lake, so one can see lake from the window itself. food is equally tasty at reasonable price. staffs were cordial and helping, though anyone can stay peacefully but it is more family friendly. overall experience is wonderful

It’s a nice resort with serene view of backwaters.Rooms were cleans and staff was prompt.Boating facility is also there.If taking right from resort,Boat jetty is there(50r-Per Adult both side ) Food spread can be better.In-room dining for lunch/dinner,takes time.So one should order 40-50mins before.Overall it was a pleasant stay .We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise from Backwaters

The property is really amazing. Especially the rooms, pool and lakeside. Excellent service as well. The food can be improved a bit more.

The resort has a good view to lake and swimming pool was nice and well maintained. Providing cycling, nice amenities and good breakfast.

Cool ambience, lake rooms are good, friendly atmosphere, tasty foods and different varieties of dishes.

Very good location with easy access and good rooms. But from the front desk to the restaurant - the place sort of runs by itself with makeshift people. Guest care in such places need good training and experience. It seems deshdhan has about 6 properties as a chain. For such an organisation the stay experience is very poor. Food options and service time tests one's patience. Hope they can raise up to match the excellent property.

This was the perfect resort located at backwater of alleppy, the ambience the rooms and villa the food the pool and the forest vibe of the resort was perfect for vacation with your loved ones. Will definitely recommend this to everyone reading this.

The property is good, the rooms are clean and comfy. The staff and their behaviour is good and appreciable. The only downside was the food, it was quite expensive and not up to the mark. Other than that, everything else was good. Perfect for a staycation for 1 or 2 days.

Staff is not trained. They switch the power so no water in the flush. The staff refused to put it on n said it is a fault which was wrong info. The kitchen starts at 8 am which is too late for early risers.

A fine and beautiful place to hang out with family/friends/couples. It's so quiet and the ambience is so good around here. The scenic beauty captures our heart and helps us to relax down to a great extend. The service offered was good and the staffs were so friendly. Rooms and surroundings were so clean. Complimentary breakfast was also good. We also gets some activities to spent some time including a small basketball area, carom board etc. The pool was so good to chill out. Overall it's such an beautiful place to spent some quality time with your family, friends or couples for vacations. Highly recommended.

Awesome property. Very cooperative staff. Good breakfast options. Average rating for restaurant (lunch / dinner, quality not on higher side as compared to the cost. One can explore the area using bicycles provided by the resort.

Overpriced resort. The indoor gaming arrangement was bad, the air coolers were not working inside the gaming hall. The complementary breakfast does not have much choices,

The property was overly priced during my stay. Although the view-was good and rooms were decent but it not worth the price i paid. Paid almost 2. 5x the cost of normal day. The hospitality was not great; the food was very ordinary. The kitchen at the property shuts at 9:30 and there is no food servicing place in the nearby vicinity. It became very much difficult for us to manage. Overall i wouldn’t recommend staying at this property.
