He has lost the room keys. He has checkout at 4 PM instead of 12 noon. He consented to pay extra for staying for extra 4 -5 hours beyond checkout time.
Terrible Stay
It is absolutely horrible place. Why do you even have it in you list. There is no rating possible for this place.

Come to my Guest House for joint inspection. I will be there. Truth will be open.. Room is very hygienic , spacious , nit & clean. The location is in best area of central Kolkata. Howrah Stn- 2 km, Park Street -50 mtr, Esplanade - 1.50 KM, New Market - 0.50 KM, Sealdah Stn - 2 KM ,
Very bad experience to stay in such a stupid hotel having terrible infra
businessVery very bad experience i would have ever stayed in any hotel/guest house, the room is very small which will face you breathing issue as no ventilation. Very little space to come out of bed in order to move. Ac was removed & not operational saying cold days. And a lot of problem can't write here all.

You are booking for Room at Rs.500/- and you are expecting the Room like 3* or 5* Hotel. I have also large spacious room at the cost Rs. 2000/-

the property was hilarious
whatever shown on the picture its not the same. its very unhygienic and room was really small amd at very bad condition. the AC of the room was melted and its was very risky . i have wasted my money on this

I have given you a room with clean and hygienic attached bathroom /toilet . Room is very clean and maintained. I think that you will not find this type of clean room at low budget in anywhere in the world. I challenge you in this matter.
