Review Of Dechen and Palmo

Location was good. But they didn’t provide any amenities. There were no shampoo, soap, toothpaste and all. The TV didn’t turn on. The AC didn’t work properly. The internet was not good. Initially they told that breakfast is included, but while checkout they charged for the breakfast too. Other than location nothing was good

It's a good hotel, as per location is concern, as well as behavior of every stuffs, in a reasonable price, but except non veg food not available, very good.

Issue with cleanliness, dirty water seeps through the lift area and almost gets into room 405. Loadshedding issues which is uncommon in gangtok with no proper backup available. Food was good. Overall very ok experience.

Location is very good, terrace dinning is small and view is good. Food quality is good but very expensive. cleanliness is poor and a bad odor in the room throughout the night, perhaps it is a smell of URINE. Shower was not working. So we feel, the stay in this hotel is money wasting.

One of the worst hotel in sikkim, although its close to mg marg, please consider other nearby hotels. No one to lift your luggage. Lift was not working. Had to go 3 floor. Room did not have hot water for hours. No geyser. No electric kettle. Rooms are not clean. Yellow stain in bedsheet and pillow. Please avoid or book at your own risk for such a waste hotel

The location of the hotel is amazing and foods they serve are very good quality

This hotel has an excellent environment and good location. The staff r so cooperative and friendly. Food is tasty. The views from the rooms and rooftop restaurant is awesome! the room is good and tidy. Go for it.

3rd class stay, bad services highly pro ed rooms with no amenities. Very very small hut sized rooms, even if we complain they won't listen or understand and inf-act argue with us. Tv not working, switch board not working, broken mirror, whole night construction sound keeps disturbance

Very nice but non maintenance family friendly.

The rooms are quite small. 2 people can stay but with a baby it is difficult to sleep and move. The thermostat was not working. Support staff behaviour was very good and the food quality was good but very expensive. You can see khangchenjangha from room. That's a big plus. View from rooftop of the hotel

We arrived at the hotel with lots of care love and warmth from the hotel staff. As we arrived late, we could order dinner just in time and the food was so good. The hotel serves only vegetarian food but it’s so good in taste just like home cooking. It’s located just opposite the police headquarters and an amazing view of the kanchenjunga mountains from the room we had. Just a perfect cozy room with all amenities in-house too. We just loved the stay here and i would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s close to all the taxi stands, flight upstairs to mg marg and lal market and overall a fantastic place to stay.

All information about amenities are false. There are no gym, no spa but all these are mentioned in amenities. Location was also mentioned false. This is not in mg marg, hotel is on highway. Rooms are not maintained properly. Bathroom doors are very dirty and broken.

Stay at hotel 🏨 was amazing. Hotel is at prime location of gangtok at M.G marg and near taxi 🚕 stand. Restaurant of hotel was nice with amazing view. For someone visiting gangtok in month of July always carry umbrella ☂️ and winter clothing for nathu la. Room service by staff was very nice. If you are planning to explore city on rental bike be ready for steep roads and strict rules of gangtok traffic police.

Good rooms, well mannered staffs, quick services and excellent food. Good view from roof top. Worth staying here as it is located in prime location of m. G. Marg.
