Good view, clean bathroom and cosy bedrooms, easily accessible, great hospitality, large parking, garden area for kids to play, sikhara and houseboat present for visitors, near to Marari beach, awesome for person going in groups, secure , calm and peaceful location

I know this place from 2022 i have been there . ambience and stay out there is always beautiful . the reason we went there this time was because of the food out there was delicious and Excellent when we stayed there on 2022. but this time the food was very bad. they have changed the chefs it seems. we went there especially to explore sea food but they were giving frozen once not fresh. other than food resort and other experience and services was great and Excellent...

Property is not wisely located it's far from the city centre, property has only 10 rooms with very good staff support so they don't have much options in break fast and if you want to do dinner you have to do final order at 7 pm which is way early for me in holiday.Wifi is not working properly through out the stay,need more maintenance and repair the rooms service which they offer.

Stay was peaceful and beautiful...Food and services were a bit slow but the ambience is awesome with all the basic amenities

The location of the resort is far away which is about 18kms from alleppey city center. The stay was good and peaceful. The food was average. The staff is really helpful and things get done faster. We had an amazing stay and overall resort is good

I enjoyed the view of alleppey backwaters, a lavish and comfortable room, delicious food at the in-house restaurant and facilities such as badminton and swimming pool. The fact that it's so closely located to the boating point was a bonus.

Cyrus resort by tolins hotels & resorts, though labeled as a resort, is better described as a well-maintained, small property. The rooms are noteworthy for being clean, spacious, and well-kept. Unfortunately, securing a room facing the backwater side proved challenging during my stay. The atmosphere is characterized by serenity, thanks to the calm surroundings, and the staff is well-behaved and remarkably helpful. The pool, while present, fell short in terms of cleanliness. The dining experience left much to be desired, particularly the breakfast, which was underwhelming and food is relatively expensive considering the quality. Despite a scheduled 8. 00 am breakfast, it wasn't ready on time. Amenities include options for casual games, a shuttle service, table tennis, and a few swings. The availability of houseboat stays comes at a higher cost, but better avoid. It might be better to explore boat options from kaipuram jetty for a visit to the nearby pathiramanal island. Paying 13k for my stay seemed excessive, especially considering the overall experience. Even on new year's eve, there were no special events or celebrations organized by the resort. For those considering a visit, it may be more advisable to explore off-season rates. In terms of recommendation, if the price can be negotiated to around 5k, the experience might be more justifiable. However, caution is advised, as the property, despite its resort designation, is more compact, lacking the spaciousness typically associated with resorts.

Beautiful property, very peaceful stay. Clean rooms with amazing view of the backwaters. The staff is helpful too.

We checked into the resort and what looked like a nice place turned out to be a sad experience. As soon as we entered the room we saw that the room which we had seen in the pictures while booking was very different than the one we got. There was no view of the backwaters as shown in the picture. And horror of horrors there was a lizard in the room. We called the staff but they were unable to remove it. As my child refused to stay in the room we asked for a change of room but as all rooms were occupied they were not able to give us another. The attitude of the manager was very lack lustre and was of no help. In the end we managed to book another hotel and were lucky to get one due to the peak season. Fortunately we got a better one. All in all a bad experience.

It is a cozy and luxury resort, we took the wood house and it has an amazing vibe ! the dinner we ordered was below expectation the beef felt a bit under-cooked and the veg noodles could have tasted better.

Resort has beautiful view of backwaters. Great view from the king lake view room that we booked. It has good service and cleanliness. But food can be better and including more indoor games might help too. All in all it was good for relaxing stay
