There were multiple issues happened with us Before check-in we were enjoying pool where our daughter left our phone and when the housekeeping staff took that phones under towels in the laundry and our phone screen got damaged after that on same At the time of lunch, they have not served our food which we ordered for next 50 minutes. We have to wait for our order for 50 minutes and that we got rice first instead of bread along with that the person who was the captain over there, Was very rude. He insulted us along with that same night when we go for the train at that point of time there was a bar captain, who didn't serve well along with that after one round of liquor. On second round, he denied that I will not get the drinks here as it's a public area. It's a restaurant so just tell me one thing. If it's a public area restaurant, you are not serving as the liquor and just beside her. You are serving beer beer is not an alcoholic or what, and if it's not then why you have so one round of liquor on our IIII table We are not happy with us as this claims that it's a for a property, but I think it's not even a property in terms of food was the Marg. All the things are up to the full talk about the service. The washroom were not filled up at all, there was a lot of over there. There is no one in the farm housekeeping who was standing there looking at particular rules so there is a lot of service issue, but where is the property is very beautiful. Food is amazing. We understand the distress caused when your phone was inadvertently collected along with used towels from the pool area by our housekeeping team. Upon realizing the situation, our staff acted promptly and successfully recovered the device. While we genuinely regret the inconvenience, we respectfully note that placing electronic items in such a manner in a public area involves a risk beyond the hotel’s control. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize for the incident.
You have rightly pointed out a lapse during lunch service, where there was a delay in serving Bhindi Do Pyaza and rotis. Although the Biryani was served first, the remaining items were delayed. We truly regret this, and as a gesture of goodwill, our Food & Beverage Manager extended that lunch on a complimentary basis.
We also regret that your dinner experience did not meet expectations. While liquor is typically not served in the restaurant due to hotel policy and excise regulations, we made an exception in your case. However, when you requested liquor to be poured directly from the bottle at the table—which is against our operational guidelines and logistically challenging as the bar is located in a separate area—our bartender politely suggested visiting the bar or opting for a full serving. We apologize if this interaction came across as unsatisfactory. Despite our efforts to assist, we extended further courtesy with a complimentary dinner and sincere apologies.
To ensure your comfort and satisfaction, we undertook several service recovery efforts, A special apology cake (which was respectfully declined),Complimentary evening snacks on the second day and dinner on both nights, Complimentary alcoholic beverages, Complimentary transportation to Kathgodam Bus Stand (~25 km),Regular follow-ups by senior management to address your concerns.
We also sincerely apologize for the condition of the washrooms and the lack of visible housekeeping presence. Your feedback has been shared with our Executive Housekeeper for immediate action and closer monitoring.
While we are pleased to know you appreciated the beauty of the property and the quality of food, we are truly sorry that the service shortcomings impacted your overall experience.
