Not at all good experience. Property is good, staffs are friendly but the resort is not at all fit and ready to manage heavy crowd or rush days. Extremely poor infrastructure and management. In Room dining along with room service is horrible…minimum waiting time is 45-60 minutes, whether it be a bucket of ice or food. In room dining last order can be placed latest by 10:10 PM to 10:15 PM max, post which no orders are accepted. You will be given option for only French fries, sandwich and Burger…with a minimum waiting time of 45 mins to one hour…so by the time you receive your dinner it will be midnight…chef really need to visit the taste of food…specially Indian cuisines…inside the suite rooms, basic amenities like laundry bags, a suitable place to keep your luggage, specially trolly bags are missing, TV doesn’t work, more than half of the channels are not subscribed…if the TV is not working, minimum time to fix the same is atleast 24 hours…overall management needs to look at the same…some very basic amenities are missing, just building such giant rooms, with extremely poor room service…does not help…specially when you have visited over a weekend to spend some quality time…definitely not recommended on busy days…many such options are available with better service and facilities.
