They assigned us a decent room then they suddenly sifted us a small room although we paid the full.

This property reminds me movie of " gangs of wasseypur. My recommendation to others is if you don't get any hotel in town then only book this hotel. Very bad experience.

Horrible experience
I liked the area since it’s close to all shopping complex. Other than that the staffs are so rude, we wanted to extend a day more but they insisted we pay offline which is more expensive than the app is offering. We booked it and they denied us our stay. Exhaust was not working in bathrooms, room with terrible smell.

Charged extra money for check-in
While check-in they charged me extra 800. Still waiting for that refund. No response from mmt. Very unprofessional.

My worst experience. Room full of mosquitos, rude staff, very bad food, no cleanliness or hygiene maintained. Manager does not care if you complain about toiletries not being provided. Would never recommend it to anyone

Ok type hotel to stay and it’s on the centre of city from where you can browse any place. Shopping complex are nearby.
