Provide very dirty room and collected extra 500 than booking amount. Not giving a single towel too very bad service

Hotel loaction was okay but rooms were really pathetic. Booked ac rooms but while check in hotel management said we have only non ac rooms and if you want ac room need to pay 3k extra. Also there were water leakage problem from ac. Totally pathetic experience.

Management asking extra payment of room rent. But already i have paid full payment. In this regar d the hotel manger argue with me around 1 hour after i paid extra rs. 500- that management has quite. Nearly 6. 30 pm only i checked in on 02. 04. 23. I am totally disappointed.

Hotel staff and their behaviour was good. Overall stay at this price was great. But hotel building was too old and the photos we can see in google and other sites are not exactly what it looks like. Every facilities were there but everything has litbit problem it was old and dirty. The tv was not working and the bathroom doesn't have lock. Front door lock was in a dangerous condition, the bedsheet has holes, chair cushion was broken, they didn't provide toiletries, in between room service are not there. Also there is rooftop and ground floor bar every-time people will be going to there. But they didn't disturbed us other than the noises they made. Moreover they didn't ask us for extra payment. And about the location it located little bit far from all the tourist places. Also they are couple friendly.
