Hotel denied checkin inspite of booking from mmt

We are getting alots of bad smells and we find some inserts on the bed. Can you please help us to get back half off the money

An average stay with close to average professionalism. Parking space is not there.

Staying and everything is good coming to air conditions is not good we asked to change our room they didn’t change the room after we are asking 3times they change to another room in that room also the ac is not worked properly. Can you please give any discount for me iam happy for that. If you give any discount i will definitely book a room on next coming month with same hotel

It's in the interior and cannot be seen from the main road, you will have to be very vigilant or else if you miss the spot you have to take a u turn which is at a distance

Location was very close to highway. Bad experience with the staff and hygiene at the hotel. Service was not satisfactory.
I have booked this hotel just because I had my exam in a college wagholi. booking was done on complimentary breakfast That OYO app did not show breakfast in my booking. That said, I have ordered some sandwich and parathas for snacking, and they took 15 minutes to say that spring rolls are not there, and half an hour to say that bread is not there. thank god paratha was there. but again the plate was very unhygienic. We found hairs on the plate. So in all, very very bad experience with the staff and hygiene in hotel, only safety wise I could give them OKish rating. they sanitised the room before our entry, and room was good. that it.
