This time, for the first time on december 6 and 7, 2024, i booked treebo luxe suit hotel, When i entered the hotel, i was disappointed that this is not a hotel but a building in a housing society which has been converted into a hotel and this hotel is not adjacent to the road outside and is located high up in the society premises. There is a small board of this hotel on the road, but no one can see it. So it takes a long time to find the hotel. There is a small board in the hotel's entry, so i don't understand where the hotel is. There is a hotel on the side, but since the entrance of that hotel is in front, i go to that hotel and they tell me that treebo hotel is in the neighboring building. When i go to the hotel's reception counter, the representative makes me fill out a form and gives me the room key. The hotel does not send a boy, butler, or representative. They do not have anyone to pick up the bags. Entering the lift with bags, closing the lift and opening the hotel room door, no one shows whether there is water and light facility inside. After many attempts, we had to open the room door with the key and check whether there is water and light. There is a telephone in the suite room, but the reception number and food order number are not given on it. So, if there is any problem, even though there is a phone, we cannot call it. After entering the suite room, we understand that this is not a hotel-like room but a 1 bhk flat. We, the passengers, come from mumbai, we live in a 2 bhk flat, so i did not enjoy staying in the hotel room. There was no dental kit, soap, liquid soap. They did not keep the dental kit and toothpaste on the wash basin, there was only a written mention on it, those who want these items should ask for them, i did not like such writing. Many times, we, the passengers, keep these items with us, but if we forget them sometimes, we may feel embarrassed to ask for these small items. Hotel owners should note that also, the time of complementary breakfast in the morning is wrong. Because even if the traveler comes to stay in this hotel for a few days, the hotel manager needs to know that they have come for work, so the breakfast time should be from 7 am to 11 am. If breakfast does not come between 7 and 7:30 am, he will not be able to reach work on time as he comes late after 8 am. If there is no place to have breakfast outside, there is no good vegetarian restaurant in this hotel or nearby. Also, the traveler has to go to the reception counter to ask what the hotel reception number is and no one picks up the phone despite calling that number 9 from the hotel room several times. While booking a hotel, the hotel building looks painted in the photo, but in reality the hotel does not look like that. I have had many such bad experiences with this hotel. Therefore, i do not want to come back to such a hotel. I have stayed in hotels in pune swargate many times. I have stayed at hotel tulip, hotel ashraya and i have had a very good experience with this hotel. Therefore, i am giving this treebo hotel a 3 star rating this is the first time i have booked this hotel and this treebo luxe suit hotel is not a luxe suite but an apartment suite. Please if we have booked a deluxe room in a hotel, do not give us a flat like room in the hotel room.
