CLEAN, GOOD WI-FI BUT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
The overall stay was good, the food was excellent, i tried their food from breakfast buffet, and El-a-carte and room service as well. The only issues were, the fruit basket consisted of just an apple and orange/tangerine with chips, honestly it was more of a fruit plate than a basket!! secondly even though I booked the room for two guest, the toiletries along with towels and napkins were provided for just one person, a bit carelessness i would say!! but the hotel was clean, tidy and had good Wi-Fi connection.

AC is not working and we have passed the night with table fan. Breakfast is not up to mark. Overall poor experience.

The Rooms are clean and good cupboards to keep clothes. The staff is well behaved, hotel is close to auto and bus station .25 mins away from airport.

Below Average Hotel
Room Service is very poor. You have to make repeated calls to remind them about your order. Room is poorly maintained. Though it was clean, but few lights were not working. Centralized AC, so if you want a cooler Room, you can't. Because the hotel will not reduce the temp below certain temperature, and the whole night you will keep sweating even though you are in an AC Room. My Room was towards the road and the whole night I could not sleep because of vehicular noice. Breakfast menu was average. Not much option.

location, food is good.. wifi issues where there.. Ac cooling was a little less... however ambience was good overall.
