Stay was not up to mark, Staff was not helpful, Mr.Navjeevan was very unprofessional & Very rude, Room bed was itchy

This is decent place to stay close to Pune Railway Station. Nearby there are good veg restaurants. If your train departure is early morning, you can choose this hotel facility.

They do not provide anything as complementary being a 3 star hotel. No water bottle, no tea maker. If you order Tea, they will provide after 8 am on chargeable.

They are frauds. Don’t believe the positive comments — most of them are paid. They have hidden charges and will charge you extra after checkout, without following any proper rules or regulations. Below is my feedback: 1. Very dirty and unhygienic breakfast area. 2. They don’t provide any complimentary items like drinking water, dental kit, soap, or footwear. 3. The staff argues and fights with customers. 4. They turn off the AC at night without informing the guests. 5. Very poor Wi-Fi connectivity. 6. The lift frequently breaks down — very poor maintenance.

Property is located near the Pune Junction Railway Station, walkable distance. Food served is from their Samrajya restaurant. Food is delicious. This hotel is an executive hotel. The rooms are spacious. This hotel promises basic amenities and provides them without any defect. The reception is well arranged, systematic and has a professional attitude. The staff's hospitality is good and so are their services. Room was properly cleaned and maintained. Wi-Fi was available. Minor issues did arise , but the staff's professionalism and attitude won our hearts . I travelled with my parents and small children, the concern by the staff was something which we will remember for a long time. Special thanks to Mr. Antony. Keep up the good work.

A very bad experience Room Ac not working properly, breakfast quality is not good. The staff is good to help change the Room two times in one day.

hotel review: the samrat hotel, pune i recently stayed at the samrat hotel in pune, and overall, it was a decent experience. the hotel is conveniently located near pune railway station, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking for easy accessibility. rooms & cleanliness the rooms were clean and adequately maintained. while the furniture and décor were a bit dated, the bedding was comfortable, and the washroom was hygienic. however, some minor improvements in room aesthetics could enhance the experience. service & staff the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk was accommodating
