Very bad experience staff was so bad and room serivice was very slow and bad

Good staff and good services with good value for money stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Riva international during my recent visit to Mumbai the room was immaculately clean and well furnished The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's elevators, ramps, and accessible facilities were well-maintained and easy to navigate. The location is excellent, just a short walk distance from Bangur Nagar metro station .

The rooms were not clean at all. There were cockroaches everywhere. The washroom was also dirty. Room is so small

This is about the clock inm dormitory, the rooms are without ventilation, even the jio and airtel network is not working within the rooms and the smell, desk, cupboards oh my god. This is very pathetic.

Did not let us check in and the washrooms were unclean. They turned of f the ac at 6 in the morning. Overall, should not stay

Bad room not cleaned used cloths

Cleaning not proper, washroom are dirty, ac remote not available so ac was so high, mosquito are biting, car parking was very congested. Rooms are smelling badly

It was horrible 1. They have network problem. No simcard network work inside the rooms just literally 0 signal no wp no phone. They have a wifi which is good but when i stayed it wasn't working so in order to call someone we had to go outside 2. I booked a room with common bathroom. They water wasn't coming it was really dirty at that moment so we have to go to nearest mall for washroom as it was emergency

It was a terrible stay, people there were very unbothered, pathetic room condition, stained bed mattress, infested by cockroaches and the staff was least bothered never ever stay there, never had a worse experience than this.

Outsiders smoking a lot inside. Cleaning seems to be not happening. No ventilation inside. Ac is switched on only in afternoon and night.

I booked from makemytrip specially called them if they have separate bathroom for the room i am booking they conformed that it will be there but after i reached there they charged me additional 3500(for 5 nights) or else they were not providing a room with bathroom. Also i wanted to extent my stay for 5 6 more hours they charged 1600 for that where in makemytrip it only costed 1490 per night. This hotel is making fool of us and charging so much extra money for the services i specifically asked them if they gonna provide to which the said yes. I can share the screenshot also

Photos for room and actuality do not match. There was no ventilation. D3 room had water leakage issue. Bathrooms although was separate, very good with hot water capabilities.
