This hotel has no proper facilities and lacks cleanliness. Please do not suggest it to anyone.

Bad service. No one available to open the hotel gate in night. Rules of not coming post 10 pm and all not acceptable

Ok. It was a hopeless stay. The room is very small. Surrounding are very bad. They don't even serve tea on payment. Staff are uncultured and careless. No lift. We have to carry our luggage ourself to 3rd floor. Between 12 pm. And 6 am, they lock the ground floor gate ( only one gate up to 4th floor) and no hotel staff present. This hotel is totally outdated and carry on with the " legacy of 25 years " without realising the change in the hotel industry. They don't provide sealed water bottle. They have not kept fire fighting equipment. In case of fire hazard, nobody will be saved. No fire escape steps. Windo ac are very old and emanating sound, which disturbs peaceful sleep and work/study.

Hotel is not that much nit and clean. There is so many incen found in bed. Food is pathetic order one simple tea the same was horrible. Ac / tv are so old and outdated nothing was work properly. Staff is also not interested in customer issues. There is mosquito and other incencs found in rooms which may cause serious disease to small kids. Everything is smalley and hotel furniture and rooms facilities are so old and outdated basic rooms lights are not working properly the same is also broken. I was staying with my family and i have left the hotel before my booking. I suggest to all reders don't go with this hotel just looking at easy traveling

The hotel location is good and the view is good in the 1st shot but the rooms have no windows. Full of mosquitos and bugs. Rooms are large but filled with a lot of useless furniture which resulted in narrowing the room space.

Very convenient location. Clean room clean toilets. . The room needs a paint job. Has a full restaurant below so no food services availed

Good experience, and travel-ling was also smooth, as the bus was great with all the necessities provided

Was excellent stay, i was booked online another hotel, when i reach it was terrible place, then i decided to search another place, i got ganesh palace which make me wonderful journey, staffs are friendly, opposite railway station, market is near by, ground floor very famous bharat cafe restaurant, where i eat my 3 time meal.

The staff of the hotel was co-operative and helpful. Reached after mid-night, they have posted the message to connect the concerned staff and immediate positive response was received with smile. Staff of connected restaurant bharat cafe was equally helpful. A positive attitude was evident. Thanks

Bathroom lock was not working. Mosquitoes are everywhere. They make one bed queen size bed by joining two single bed. That was uncomfortable. Staff was supportive and professional.

Room was to small, the worst part was the bed there is no mattress it’s to hard to sleep on that there is no life the front desk person was not helpful in room there is no amenities

There is time limit for this hotel very bad experience and not satisfying stay. Very very bad experience staff is good manager is very rude and mannerless behaviour.

Don't even provide water bottle for drinking and this hotel has not been renovated since it launched

Room was neat and clean, staff was cooperative, and even in rain they maintained cleanliness in the corridor.

It was a decent stayz. However i did not feel it was value for money, kind of amenties were there was not upto the mark and being paid 2650 rupees a person would expect something better, had issue in the washroom as well where in there was no water at all.
