Say no to spring hill
Not at all good. No maintenance, stinking, complete noise because of jvlr traffic. Forget hygiene factors. Somehow managed to stay overnight. Lodges may be better than this.

businessVery poor service. Cleanliness and hygiene is not supportive. It is not as it looks in the images. Towels and bedsheets are torn and dirty.

Excellent Stay
Reviewed 23 Nov 2016 Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very good hotel in mumbai
It was good. And had a nice experience nice staff and nice rooms with quality standards well maintained rooms what we need it's happiness and peace it's all there when u visit here nice parking staff behaviour is too good and rooms are very spacious

Good location with nearest to the airport & metro. Room are neat & clean. Very good service & staff is very cooperative and helpful. Poor Stay
first of all there is no comparison when we look at the photos what they shared. rooms cleaning are not upto the standards . odour or bad smell in the room. cockroaches will also take rest along with guests. water leakage in ac machine. i don’t prefer to stay in that hotel again

The rooms are small as compared to the price and it was dirty as well. No hygiene was maintained. But the staff's behavior was nice.

Average experience
Location is good. I did not try food. Cleanliness can be improved. Floor and bed sheet were bit unclean. Remotes do not work properly - ac and tv, which is basic need. Bathroom was unclean for a room charged around 2000 rs.

For stay not recommended. Chose another place will get in the same price.
The place is not properly cleaned & there a bad smell coming everytime. Also they have not provided towels & flipflops. & washroom is too small

Poor cleaniness
The room was very dirty. The bed sheet was torn and was smelling. The blanket was also torn and smelling as if its not been washed after multiple uses. The reception guys don’t pick the calls even after calling them multiple times. Poor location within the slums area.

One of the worst property i found cockroaches and rats in the room
The room was stinking found used condoms in the room i will suggest not to take a stay it's horrible

You don't have a drinking water facility, the rooms are very small and you can hardly walk, they are noises coming for reception even at 2 am in the morning and you just can't sleep properly, they don't change the bedsheets. Don

Worst place
Worst place, dirty bed and linen. The staff behaves rudely. If you ask for anything they just ignore everything. The blanket smells badly, ac not working. Overall terrible experience.
