Make My Trip Listed hotel not up to the Mark
Hi, yesterday I booked an A1 hotel in Malad Mumbai. I selected the hotel on the base of showing pictures when I reached the hotel building. it's not maintained. the hotel is on the 3rd floor, so I had to use the lift. but the lift condition is very vad. not so safe to use. if anything will happen in this lift, so who will be responsible, We booked a hotel , the reason we trust you. that you people will give us value for money. but in 3000 amounts, which I spent . it's waisted. In the room there is a crack in the wall. also the lock is not working. from now I need to consider my own personal check to select a hotel,

Terrible Stay
Room was not clean, bedsheets was not changed used plates in washroom overall bad experiences leaking from washroom taps, the receptionist did not have manners to talk on arrival room was not ready.

Room was not clean. No toilet hand wash, no towel. Washroom was not clean. I had not taken. The images. The room was very stinking. It was very bad experience

Not recommended a1 hotel
Location of hotel and floor is patric, can't recommended to any one, dirty hotel and entry and floor, toilet size approx 3 x 5 fit and room size also on average.

Nice room and service
Hotel is near to railway station and easy to reach at location and during my stay i found very good service and staff cleanliness is maintained in rooms

Economic family stay.
The hotel is located directly on the exit road of malad (east) railway station. So, connectivity is very good. Hotel is located on the third floor of the building. Lift available. Very clean rooms. Bathroom area was very less but it's manageable. Multiple food options available as hotel is nearly on the main road. Overall, it's a decent option for short family stays.

Fine stay
It was a sober stay, we booked an ac super deluxe room, safe for families too and close with auto stand and malad station may face a bit of sound due to vehicles at night.

Stay at a1 hotel
Good location. Had a nice stay. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small. Cable tv was not recharged during the stay.

Proper paste control should be done. Hotel located at 3rd floor but lift is not operative. Rooms are good but deep cleanliness is required. Hotel entrance is not so impressive. Staff is polite.
