hsquare offers service apartment. Check-in was smooth, room at the outset seemed to be clean but there were several small cockroaches in the kitchen area. In addition to this, washroom could be more cleaner

Hi the location and property are too good and best part is for a family there was a beautiful balcony where we spent more time. Breeeze and view was amazing

Location was not to my liking, but its situated in a good complex. Had booked the property because of the cleanliness reviews. But, frankly I ddnt like it, wevhad to get the sheets changed, the gas stove cleaned after we checked in and there was no handwash in one of the washrooms. The ceiling fans had lot of dust in it. We had taken the apartment so that we could prepare homemade meals for the bby, but there was very few utensils and we had to ask for some. And even basic items like salt, sugar etc we had to purchase. And the complimentary was very basic. However, on request they allowed us to stay 1 hr past the check out time of 10 AM. Alltogether, a mixed review but I wouldn't book the same place again.

The location of the apartment is good near goregaon station but you can not find it with the name on google map given by mmt. The map location sent by makemytrip is also almost 200 meters away. Hence i struggled to reach the place. The house manager was asking to shift to another apartment 2-3 km away as he dont have vacant room there. After being straight clear that i’m not going away then only they discussed to offer me a place there. The drain of washroom and kitchen was blocked which was cleared after request. The towel in the room was pathetic it left lint on my entire body and even on clothes. Didn’t like this at all. Was annoyed for this. Breakfast served in room was just average from any local road side theli, dosa was wrapped in newspaper. It sucked what i was getting in a 5000 night stay. The living room, ac, cleaniness, total area of flat and staffs were good.

Location of the serviced apartment was good and close to the exhibition venue and the rooms were well appointed. The breakfast was paltry and no tea/coffee was offered. The apartment allotted to us was very dirty, with the pantry in an absolute mess. It was cleaned up on request but the first impression was very poor. The service was prompt though. Overall it was an average property considering other services apartments i've used in other cities.

It was a pleasant stay with all amenities for long stay. On time staff service. Overall good experience.

The stay at h square apartment was really good. Neat and tidy property. The caretaker dibhakar and rest of the property staff were very helpful and responsive and most importantly available at all the times.
