Decent hotel. Location is convenient. I had to spend only one night. Will book again

room was not clean, a lot of mosquitoes, worst smell, no clean washroom. need a lot of work in the rooms. specially the smell in the room

Nice Stay , Nr to Borivali Station, value for money. Good For overnight stay , in transit in and out from Mumbai.

Its value for money, only if you are going to stay at night. They won’t turn on ac in day until you pay extra, i have seen cockroaches, the bedsheet pillow and blanket were dmelly, the entire cabin had a very damp smell in general

Room stings all the time, pathetic service from the service guys. We have checked out only in 3 hours to other hotel.

No ventilation at all. One day neighbour room one person was smoking and it was terrible to sleep on that day, though hotel service person was attending and showing his concern.

No privacy in occupied bed, no curtain, no partition, try to improve the comfort of the customers. Hotel charged me for towel and soap/shampoo which should be compliment under booking

The rates are quite high compared to what space was given. Everything is charges extra which normally shall be incl basic need. Staff good but rates needs to be minimized

No facility at all as compare to money paid. 1. Tv not available 2. Water bottle no given 3. No cleaning of room 4. No food facility 5. Outside food they charge@20% service charge. 6. Non corporative staff. 7. Small room provided. 8. Train voice coming in room. 9. Noise issue 10. No compliment item provided

The hotel was terrible choice. We didn't even offered for bottle of water. They charged for bottle of water as well as service charge to bring it. Ac was not working. No room service. No parking. I request people do not choose this hotel at any cost. Forget about your money this hotel will ruin the experience of staying. I do not recommend anyone to take chance booking this hotel.

It was kind of new experience for me as i never stay in this kind of hotels. I booked single room stay it was nice but there is only one issue it was so small and there no attached bathroom which i did not expect but its okay its kind of new experience. All over its good.

The level of cleanliness i have seen there is commendable. Staff was well behaved, polite, soft spoken and very cooperative. Good place to stay, just go for it!
