Sir I am sorry to say it here. But before making the reservation, it is the guests duty to check if they are not booking a female dorm. Now if you make such mistake, it is our duty to provide you a room where male can stay & only 6 bed dorm was available, hence we provided it to you with the difference in the price charged. I am sorry that we tried to help you here, we should have rather asked you to cancel the reservation and make a new one.

Stay was good transport facilities are nearby , house keeping is taken care on regular basis but need to improve clothes drying area

Stay was good,neat and tidy rooms and washrooms, however manager Adil was quite rude. Rest all good to go

A Great Stay at Happinest, Bandra
I stayed at Happinest last night and had a really good experience. The place is clean, cozy, and in a great location in Bandra. What stood out most was the warm and friendly atmosphere. A special thanks to Dev, the manager, who was super helpful and kind throughout my stay. He made sure everything was smooth and made me feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mumbai!

My stay was great at Happinest, the caretaker and the staff were kind, the locality that surrounds the property was a bit off but once you enter the space, it's all nice and great!

Terrible Stay
Worst experience this time. I met a scammer in the hostel. Also one staff member was rude who was sitting at reception.
