Accommodation denied
Our booked room was allocated to someone else. The phone number given in the booking slip is incorrect, i spoke to customer care of yours took the updated number. I called them and informed specifically that i will check-in late, after arrival at the hotel, we come to know that room is not available. Like us couple of other families are waiting there, they have taken more bookings than they can accommodate and created trouble for us in the middle of the night. Please remove them from your site for booking to safeguard your reputation.

The hotel is conveniently placed. The hotel staff is considerate and cooperative the size of the bathroom is extremely small. Accessibility to local train is within 2 km. Metro station is 200 m. Passport office is nearby within 300 mtrs

No elevator, mosquitoes, and the room stank
Not worth it - doesn’t have an elevator. But has mosquitoes, also cleanliness is a big issue. So is hot water

Good Hotel
Hotel was easy to locate because it is near the Malad east near to the passport office. Room was clean and spacious. Washroom was clean and hygienic. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Not good for couple
groupNear the station, the hotel is located. The rooms were not as good as they were not clean. The washroom was very dirty. The response from the staff of the hotel was not good. We had food from outside.

Nice stay at Mumbai
The staff was good and friendly. Security was good and the hotel is under CCTV surveillance so there is no sense of insecurity. The location of the hotel is near to the railway station. The room in which I have stayed in was nice and spacious and the washroom was fine. I am satisfied with the facilities and services which I received. All the amenities of the room were functional. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Nice stay
There are not many shops nearby but it's peaceful. The room was small, neat and clean but I have not booked that room but due to some issue, they provide me this room. The staff was helpful. The washroom was neat and clean. AC and TV were functioning well. The overall experience was fine.

A nice experience
The location of the hotel was not so good. It was far from the railway station. The room was good but the washroom was small. The hotel was clean and the staffs were very cooperative. The area of the hotel was noisy. They don't provide food. Overall it was a nice stay.
