Review Of Hotel Popular Palace

Nice hotel. Nearest station. But i satisfy average. One thing more. Pls adjust 1 tv per rooom

I got the room at 3rd floor even after discussing and when i said that my parents won't be able to climb the stairs they were least bothered so ultimately i need to cancel my booking for remaining days and search for alternatives. Worst experience ever had as compared to any hotel.

Bathroom not well clean, untrained staff, hotel landline not working, bathroom tap leaking water, check in time room so dirty

Nice place to stay in low budget in the main city. Good people.

Though the location is excellent and staff is helpful, the rooms are not at par with the high tariff charged.

Near by cst station is good location and hotel is very good and staff good service and good behaviour

Bed size and room size is very short. No proper air ventilation, no proper cleaning, room service very poor, as per room rent very expensive.

Room is very good. Actually i booked hotel popular palace of room cost 1400 rupees. Unfortunately that was cancel-led from makemytrip, then they arranged a room in hotel flora fountain of room cost 3100 rupees for 1400. Without any extra amount. Really thanks for makemytrip service.

No ventilation, no windows room provide, no enquiry what i want or not, water in bathroom come inside the room

If you are looking for location rather than luxury, here is a good option, there are places to eat around and the most representative tourist sites are within walking distance.

Comfortable except they took more time to give coffee almost they took forty five minutes other wise service is satisfactory

Room was like a shack. Made up in terrace. Bathroom was bad. Geyser not working. Holed blankets and bedsheets were not good

Location was good, but food, amenities and services were really bad. Room was smelling, they provided 2 towels for 3 people. Food service was really bad

We stayed at hotel popular palace for 3 nights hotel cleanliness is very good and staff are cooperative & hotel location was nearby to tourist places more convinient
