Review Of Zostel Mumbai

Better than average facility in Mumbai. Decent staff, cozy rooms, nice food. You will get a non-traditional hotel vibe here. Lot of youngsters. Entire hotel is theme based. Exclusive space for work and recreation.

The property is located well to around different parts of Mumbai, cafe food is good and with decent amenities like work station & good staff. The only thing that be challenging is that it doesn't have a permanent roof, which is unlike other hostel properties.

I've stayed at Zostel Mumbai twice .The rooms are clean, and you can always meet really interesting people here :)

property maintenance was average, lesser option available for women's only dorm

It was alright, but the walls were a bit damaged

excellent like always, clean hygienic, good food, great option for solo traveller.

the room flooded because of rain fall. they kept us waiting for a long time, even after the check in duration. there were animals in the kitchen area. cats and rats. and people were just living unhygienically, the boys dorm was nothing like girls dorm. they have only uploaded images of girls dorm in on MMT and on their google page. boys dorm was very bad, with anything going on anywhere. and all you had is just this one bed 5 feet up in the air.

The bed and facilities overall was okay but the washroom in the 8 bed female dorm was really bad. There was no ventilation, no window, no exhaust to let the fresh air in and bad air go out. The poisonous gas was spreading into the dorm room. After complaining about it, the management added more gas in the form of room freshner to it causing a more deadly mix of vapours and odours. This is a heath violation and needs to be taken care of immediately.

Zostel Mumbai has a great ambiance, well trained and natures staff members which solves all ur issues from day 1. Food cafe and Friend zone are great place to hand out, meet new people.

The location is great close to public transport. The staff were very accommodating and helped with every query. Would definitely stay here again

We had a drunk person in out dorm but they refused to move him just because he was staying with them for 2 weeks we have 5 girls with us they got very uncomfortable from this situation
