Terrible Stay
Our stay at the property was disappointing. Despite expectations, the air conditioning was non-functional throughout our time there, making the experience uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather. Additionally, the overall condition of the property was such that it detracted from our enjoyment and left much to be desired in terms of comfort and satisfaction

Excellent Stay
The place is in the centre of colaba giving access to all places easily. Have a plight of steps and no lift which can be an issue for someone. But the staff and room services were good enough for a budget stay at the city centre. I forgot a few things on checkout and they have kept it packed for me to pickup. Overall its a budget stay with good mughal restaurant near the stairs where we can have tasty authentic food. I stayed for 3 days and liked it considering the cheapand best stay by compromising few things.

Hotel was soo good worthy stay in reasonable price, we have stayed 3 nights & 4 days, location was good services was nice staff was very easily handle the customer and friendly nature. Cleanliness of room and bathroom was very good, we will recommend to the visitors hotel amber is really convenient visitors can go for it.

Too small
The rooms are very small and have some kind of negative vibes. The hotel is on the 3rd floor which is difficult to climb with luggage. The only positive thing is that it has 24hrs hot water supply.

Unhygienic
The rooms had a bad odour. Difficult to find the hotel. Washrooms were stinking.

businessHotel staff was helpful. But room was not clean and no cleaning service provided by the Hotel staff. No water services. Pay extra money for water. Hotel staff should take care of cleaning service, which was the most pathetic part of Hotel. Not worthy for money.

Worst hotel
The worst hotel experience ever. This should not be called a hotel actually. It is more like a lodge. The hotel manager is not present and left management to some uneducated rude people who don't even know the rules. Breakfast served was rotten sambhar.

Not so clean. Phone not working. Service is not good.
In room pgone was not working. Every time I have to go to reception for every need. In complementry breakfast no item available expect bread butter or bread chees butter. In the menu mention 4 bread but he give only two bread. Also Room was not clean. Bedsheet dirty.
