Review Of Hotel Aspen

Staff was greedy i was already late to check in reached there around 2pm and the checkin time was 12 even though being late to check in i waited for mor than half n hour and i will not recommend this hotel.

Shower had a problem. There was no hot water. And minimum ac was only 22°C Cushions and bedsheet was torn.

This is the second time I have stayed with Hotel Aspen. And I have already booked it for next two weeks. Room is good for what we pay. I got clean room and washroom both the time. The only problem I faced was with location which gets flooded during rains, which is beyond hotels control. Otherwise I am a satisfied customer for this hotel and hence returning back quiet often.

Room is clean and worth for money. AC facility, water facility, Tv, washroom,, all r good . Near to airport n worth for money.

They gave the wrong room with an inoperative air conditioning and with bad odour. Even with this, the service was unapologetic.
