Crowded location but nothing affected inside the room. Toilets are very clean and hot water also available in the bathroom. Taxi driver reached without any problem with the online location.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Great location with all necessary amenities nearby. Truly a pleasant and relaxing experience—would definitely recommend and visit again!

it's very worsr hotel I'm seen in my 40yrs life when you are not in room for More than 3 hours they give your room to couple enjoyment & when you return & demand another room they said you have to wait 2 hours.. or take a non ac room & i will recommend never to any one & make my trip also not promote such a hotel

Staff was greedy i was already late to check in reached there around 2pm and the checkin time was 12 even though being late to check in i waited for mor than half n hour and i will not recommend this hotel.

Shower had a problem. There was no hot water. And minimum ac was only 22°C Cushions and bedsheet was torn.

This is the second time I have stayed with Hotel Aspen. And I have already booked it for next two weeks. Room is good for what we pay. I got clean room and washroom both the time. The only problem I faced was with location which gets flooded during rains, which is beyond hotels control. Otherwise I am a satisfied customer for this hotel and hence returning back quiet often.

They gave the wrong room with an inoperative air conditioning and with bad odour. Even with this, the service was unapologetic.
