The service was pathetic, no one is concerned with the customer priority. They gave me an incorrect location which was 2 hours away from the actual location. The landline was not working and I had to call them for over 20 times from my cell, but noone responded... I ordered the food, and it took over 3 hours and multiple followups...

I was not given the room which i booked. Later make my trip sorted this issue with a desirable stay. Thanks to make my trip

Worst experience People on desk so arrogant rude. At reception there were too much smokes and all, dirty place.

Linen and pillow were very dirty.

The hotel was not hygiene, and it was below par my expectations.

The food was excellent, good variety and options to choose. Staff were super super nice and attentive. The rooms were clean, beds done every day, well maintained.

The staff were exceptional and the service was excellent. It was just one night stay so according to that it was excellent, room size is ok for a night stay. I would recommend to stay for any guest planning to travel.

I was looking for a short night stay due to early morning flight. Hotel infrastructure is pathetic, foul smell in the room and poor hygiene.

Not a good stay right from beginning to end first we were provided with a compact room with bad o dour later we were ask for another couple of hours for other room to get vacant which little better in space but same bad o dour thing was there and before checking out the hotel staff was calling back to back an hour before the check out not even allowing for half an hour of complimentary stay and while checking out the receptionist charged 500 for misplacing the room key which was no where mentioned in the hotel policy about fine for misplaced key and sure that money went to his pocket because he even refused to provide receipt for that the stay was not all worth for money i would never prefer any one this hotel
