Review Of The Plaza Dormitory Kalina

I stayed at The Plaza Dormitory from the 14th to the 26th, and during my stay, I faced several issues. I had booked the property , where the listing mentioned that amenities like the washing machine and kitchen were included. However, when I tried to use the washing machine, the owner demanded ₹300 per wash. They also charged separately for using the kitchen, and even set specific timings for when the AC would be turned on. When I raised a complaint about this on MakeMyTrip, the property falsely claimed that I had used the washing machine forcefully, which is completely untrue. While trying to resolve the matter, the owner’s wife began accusing me of arguing, even though I was simply trying to clarify the situation. Initially, everything seemed fine, but after I filed the complaint regarding the washing machine charges, their behaviour completely changed and became uncooperative. ( I wouldn’t recommend this dormitory—there are plenty of better options nearby that you can consider instead.)

Host was super nice and properly is also clean

Feels like home , good hospitality, clean and decent, most importantly it's so reasonable

Very good ambience, neat and clean, very good staff, location is very good close b k c american embassy just 10 minutes from by auto, bed is neat and clean bathroom is excellent i will surely recommend my friends. Value for money.
