Poor Stay
only the location is good. only the location is good the prime location of Bandra West by road and main service apartments are not good cleanliness in Cockroaches washroom are very small size not adequate

Great stay!
The stay was great and the room was spacious with a queen size bed. It had all the amenities and additional amenities like a mini fridge and washing machine, which was great! The facilities were pretty good for the price range. The food was also good, however some items could be better. All in all, it was a good experience.

Terrible Stay
Room was really good! But the valley service was terrible! My bike got tow from their valley and Mr faizan who was on reception didn’t able to help me out! As he was like i as a customer i was lying!

Good location and clean . The restaurant below the hotel being famous for a long time around it is convenient to locate and just 4 minutes walk to the suburban Banda station

Average Stay
Location was easy to get to, but not that good. AC was not working properly as it couldn't cool the whole room even while working overnight. Breakfast was good but very oily. Staff behavior was good.

Average Stay
The Location is good but the hygiene of the location is not good. The food offered is good. Amenities like clean washroom, electricity, AC are good. Services are good as well. The only things I'd like to point out is the way when going to the rooms and the elevator are very dirty, smelly and unhygienic and the AC in the room was producing loud noise while it was on.

Not trustworthy and pathetic service
I stayed for day and i forgot by stine bracelet after reaching home i called reception and they confirmed me about bracelet and assured me when ever you come you will get the same. After one month when i came to collect same they straight forward denied that have received any such thing this is so shameful so can not trust the staff if they can change like this. This is so mean
