It would have been better with attached bathroom

Issue with the homestay was around safety. As the house was almost unlocked the whole time and the room keys were not provided. So when you leave in the middle, there is risk.

Poor service, bed is not good, pillows were terrible. If i am paying for breakfast and gets only bread. What to say. Liquid soap in washroom had so much of water. That u don't need water after taking soad

Since verdical hospitality was a single room occupancy in a 3 bedroom flat it would be nice if the doors could be locked when going out for short excursions into the neighbourhood. Were told there were no keys. An electric kettle and some bags of tea and sugar in the room would be a plus. It was a little disappointing to find the microwave out of order.

Not so good stay overall. I was asked to move to a different apartment (6 km away from the place I was assigned) mentioning the rooms were already booked for another group. If this was the case, it's completely wrong management of the rooms. I resisted going as need to book a cab and was totally tired from a long flight journey. Somehow with resistance, the attendant gave me the room. After a couple of hours, he comes in and says I need to vacate as the other group is together and need all 3 rooms in the apartment. I denied vacating, as was already half asleep. Apparently looks the other group adjusted in 2 rooms but not my fault. I would avoid it just for this reason.

This is basically a flat with all the amenities in a prime location. It is way better than any rooms in a star hotel. Also, the caretaker is very gentle and friendly and if asked he will cook food for you as well. Overall a great stay and this is highly recommended.

The caretaker was a good cook, who prepared fresh and tasty home made food for us. The USP of this property.

Don't go there it's only a single room. Room size was very small

It was a good experience. Stay, food and service was good.

The location was convenient, the service was so prompt. Room was comfortable and clean. The place is secure. Everything was good to keep maintaining that standard.

Stayed there with my husband, and everything was just fine. The caretaker was helpful and provided the things we needed. Had dinner there but it was not up to the mark it felt like the food from the lunch was served at dinner.

This place at prime location in Powai. The rooms are spacious and caretaker is nice. We had booked 2 rooms for 6 persons. We had no issues with respect to amenities promised or cleanliness. Very hospitable and would like to come again.

It was pathetic. It wasn't hotel. It's guest house type. Didn't like at all.

The locality is accessible through buses, just a 20min drive from airport without traffic . Its a service apartment fairly priced as per the living standards of Bombay, India's New York. Many food streets are closer by.

Staff was good, locality was good, It is near powai lake and rooms were clean and with all the facilities in really affordable price. Weather is exquisite in Mumbai monsoon and apartment like these are best option to stay in

Only location is good. Other than that Every thing is worse. Worst experience Even some of my stuff was stolen. Will not recommend this to anyone. Room AC was not working. They shift you from one room to other room every other day. Caretaker is never at h

The vessels would have been cleaned properly .. And more over we could see one uncleaned vessel with full of fungus placed with good vessels. Please see image below .. Other than that this is a very good place to stay with family ... I will recommend this for family.
