Review Of HOTEL VAITHI RESIDENCY

Room was too small and don't give towel, soap and water bottle if uh will not ask, very unprofessional service, like thay are new in hotel industry

Morning time water problem in bathroom also room smelling bad

I am unsure about the other reviews, most of which are positive. I booked a room based on those reviews, but they seem misleading. Parking is a major issue if you’re arriving in your own car. The bedsheet was old and had a bad odor. The room was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and dirty curtains. The staff was unresponsive to requests, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking taps and a foul smell. I would not recommend this hotel. These are the bedsheet and towels with stains. Very unhygienic

I think my experience started off on the wrong foot when there was no one at thr front desk when i arrived. I had to wait almost 20 mins to get checked in. Next, there was window in my room and there was a strong smell of cleaning agents. I tried to sleep but with the a/c on, but simply couldn’t sleep due to terrible smell. It felt quite suffocating. After i finally got a few hours of sleep in, i woke up to see a few insects in the corner by their closet. I asked for a cup of hot water and a staff member came back with a cup with things floating in it and the water was slightly yellow. I booked it for 3 nights but left after the first. It seemed they either didn’t have a dedicated manager managing the property or a/he simply didn’t care much.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the toilet was spotless,The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a pleasant experience!

One of the best hotel in andheri versova, the location is too good located at the main road, the hospitality was too good of the front desk manager, room was neat and tidy, sevvices was top class. Room service was very good we love the stay and it was under our budges t we will recommend to all.
