Terrible, horrid, horrible, unclean, unkept, atrocious! Hated the place and so badly kept. It needs to be shut down. Would never ever ask anyone to go here.

Stay is not maintained properly. Cleaniness not something they focus on.

everything was just ok staff was non responsive things were time taking and gym and pool was too far from premises and half of the time was closed

Very very bad service.. no one there is bothered about the customers satisfaction or comfort.. everything has to be paid… no dental kit… we have to buy it on our own… no complimentary water bottle even… if we ask for something they never bring it to the room properly. Very very poorly managed place to stay… please refrain from visiting this place with good hopes

I ₹5000 deposit charges when it was not mentioned in the hotel policy but because I had come at night at 2am I had to pay it & I was promised for a refund which I never received. Bad service by the hotel

This is a rundown hotel with every broken or too old. During my stay i have to face all these problems. 1) bed sheets had black marks. 2) toilet flush wasn’t working. 3) shower curtain was full of mold. 4) door handles were broken. 5) wooden almirah was all broken and chipped. 6) towels had yellow stain marks. refrigerator door was full of mold.
