Location was near to Bus stand and around 3 kms metro station also available , airport also near to this location. Water bottle chargeable , room very small in size.

Stay was good but breakfast was below average, overall, stay te staff was kind and helping

room was allocated 2nd floor and as been discussed earlier that am travelling with aged person...no at all corporate with hotel staff as well as no help from make my trip .. premiumfamily room was booked for 2 today's but noting look like premium after all I have to take room in ground floor as no help from both side..

If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay for US VISA interview related purposes, this place is definitely a very good choice. The staff were cordial and very helpful. The room was small and compact but sufficiently clean. Washroom was small but had all basic amenities, including hot water 24x7. They provided towels and soap and you can also order food from your room (will be served within 40-50min). The stay was definitely pleasant. At the cost that they ask for the room, one should not expect 5 star treatment, but realistically speaking, the hotel is quite good otherwise. For a few days of stay for the purpose of attending visa interviews, it is definitely worth it. If you have any issue with hot water or need mineral water (on a payment basis) or if you need tea or coffee, you can ask the reception and they will help you with all your needs. Food delivery services (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) are all available and will deliver to your room. For solo travelers (especially females), I would recommend not to move around in the locality/ area the hotel is located very late in the night for security/safety purposes. Overall, a good budget hotel for a short stay in Mumbai.

Room are okay. But toilet/washroom is pathetic, so unhygienic, taps are not working property, westren toilet cover lid is also damaged. There were no good quality towels. And no sleepers are provided by Hotel Guest Inn Residency, this is the main concern.
