Property location - location was good and all vehicles are available on location 24*7 . Room size - Room size is small and very difficult to manage Bathroom - Not properly clean and size is also very small . Staff - supporting staff Smell - Cigrette smell in all room need to stop smoking at hotel place. Overall good but need more improvement

If you are looking for cheaper stays at the costly area of South Mumbai, then this is a worthy hotel. Cleanliness was up to the mark, the rooms were good. Had a nice experience.

Clean rooms. Basic amenities present. reasonable price. Would recommend someone to stay if visiting nearby places for any work.

Location: The location is very good it is at the centre to either go to Nariman Point or Mahalaxmi Race Course. Food: They are tied up with 2 restaurants that serve edible rice dishes - Pulav and Biryanis. Amenities: AC is in working condition and can be run for the entire hour you are in your room. TV is a work in progress Services: Helpers are always there to assist to the requirement.

No parking available, no toiletries or even handwash was there in bathroom. Had to pay extra to park on road.

The area is not good. The bathroom was not cleaned also it has leakage. They allowed us early check in as we were going to check out early. We asked them to give breakfast at the checkin which was included in the stay, but first they refused that they can give next day during checkout only. Later they gave us breakfast but asked for charges. Overall it was okay type of stay.

Breakfast timing starts from 9:30 onwards, even tea is also not available the room is too small for 3 people to accommodate, many bedbugs are found around the beds

I booked for 3 adult room but when reached hotal person asked for extra money for extra bed/. When I called it told number doesn't exist.No room service 😔. We had to bring drinking water for self.provided small room on in place of deluxe room..

It only looks good on the outside. No beakfast included because there is no canteen, only a filthy kitchen for their staffs. Very poor services, inf-act no services by the room attendants at all. Tv doesnt work in any of their rooms. We asked to change the bedsheet, which they refused to do. Pols pols do not book or encourage such hotels. As a customer u will be the one to suffer.
