Worst experience
The experience was terrible. Very poor condition for ventilation, also they are not offering any kind of breakfast.

Terrible Stay
The room was not clean properly hair on the floor, the weat towel was laying on the floor, garbage was laying in the dustbin. Bed linen was not cleaned properly. Dust on the floor as well as in the washroom area.

The start was hump y but later the staffs were so good

Unprofessional behaviour
soloThere were cutting marble just beside the reception. Marble dust was flying all over the place. It was causing a lot of coughing. Surprising they had no safety gear on. Marble dust causes a lot of respiratory issues.

lack of hygiene no ventilation no fridge n lights were working
dirty and roon tariff was like a 3 star hotel. They said windows are closed from years fridge was not working lights were not working Horrible experience

Entrance of hotel is miserable
Rooms, washrooms, entrance and hospitality everything was bad. Rooms were big that's it. No good came for us in 3 days

businessNothing is good in this property, i paid 2800 rupees for the stay not more then 300 rupees. I left the hotel with in 2 hours and have taken another hotel. Please just delete this hotel from your list

Very bad experience
De-list this hotel. I have booked the hotel seeing reviews. I trusted for the hotel offered. Hotel is not fit to say as hotel. It is very dirty inside out. They are charging more than 5 star hotel and providing service of slum. Please refer to my complaints raised via email. Please don't fool your customers who are trusting. Ensure you properly verify the price and the services provided. You have charged for this filthy hotel.
