Review Of Hotel Kalpana Residency

Hi this is ankit shah it was very worst experience by staying in this hotel rooms are very bad & very cheap we have booked for 3 days there was no breakfast on time it was very late and very pathetic service and very cheap and there is no vegetarian restaurant and it's not a nearby station to go anywhere or to go any other side service was very bad many time I have to shout for service many things staff to bring something, breakfast in tea you never get good servic in Kalpana residency I never recommend to go anyone....

location, service ,amenities were all good. Good value for money. quite reasonable pricing in the heart of mumbai. courteous staff.

TV NOT WORKING,NO CLEAN,ground floor only for hotel purpose more for appartments no cleen area

Hotel staff is not good behaviour.... room is not like a mmt travellers.... cleaning Is very disaster.... even when I checked out that time found bed bugs.... I never ever come again in this hotel

Is it good hotel and staff but one disappointed think is space is limited here and overall experience are good but i have suggestion for hotel staff make it little fragrant. Thanku

Insects were found in the bathroom... despite of booking the room for two person the manager was not allowing us...terrible experience

The location is very good but the breakfast served in the morning was of very poor quality and the cleaning is ok. The behaviour of the staff is ok, the service of the hotel is ok, everything is ok.

Breakfast is included but they gave us breakfast like as a snack tv also not in working condition washroom is very dirty

Room was very dirty There are no locks for windowsss...to much mosquitos..bad smell...i just left the room within 10 minutes..i just stay mostly 10 mints there and i left from there

Very shabby rooms - broken cots - leaking tap- non painted -full of mosquitoes. Food ok Super in service

No Facilities at the hotel. Did not received the TV remote or AC remote. Room was full of mosquito, they do not even had the mosquito repellent spray, bathroom taps were broken, No geyser, no dustbin in the room. Beds was making noise. Not at all good for family stay..

Very bad attitude from the one room boy who with a white round hat. He irritated us First day he behaved .. The second day, another guy was there and he was nice. Even we had to stay some more days there, we cancelled the decision to further stay there. No nearby good restaurants....

poor, not good to stay. terrible need to cleaning repairing, bathroom top leakage, dust, mosquito, as per things are mentioned nothing i got, no breakfast no table, no chair, dust full blanket...looted my money mmt...with the hotel...kindly return my money.

In the room first of all there is no fan and it’s so dirty in the it’s so small and in there bathroom there is no shower
