The location is beautiful… Tea estate around the property gives a fabulous view. Shahul treats the guests very well.. Food is also tasty. Awesome experience.

The property location is superb. The rooms and washroom were very clean. The amenities can be improved in terms of wi-fi and toiletries. The host as well as the caretaker were very polite and helpful for everything

I would rate it as average stay for the money we paid. They served delicious home made food which was the plus of staying here. They gave us a room in basement floor which was not mentioned in room description and they dont have lift which was not elderly people friendly. Room was clean but washroom was little dirty. There was sewage smell in bathroom which made our stay uncomfortable. Three suggestions 1) due to the cold, it was so difficult to stand on empty floor. A carpet would help people to overcome the cold 2) wash basin doesnt supply hot water which made our life bad due to the cold 3) as they are very strict in check out time, it would have been good to have a washroom for guests to use until they leave (after checking out.
