The location is decent, though not the best. The approach from the hotel gate to the main entrance is quite steep and can feel a bit risky—so if you’re not a confident driver, it’s better to avoid bringing your car here.
Food: The food is average. Be prepared to pay extra for anything additional, and they make sure to remind you of that frequently.
Hygiene: Disappointing. We stayed for three nights, and the bedsheets were never changed. There were stains on both the sheets and covers, and it wasn’t clear if they were properly cleaned. Towels had to be requested daily, and on the last day, we even received visibly used ones.
Hospitality: Some of the staff, especially the boys working tirelessly day and night, were polite and helpful. However, a few others displayed unnecessary attitude. There’s also inconsistency in service — while we were denied food service in the room, other guests were served there without issue.
Extras: Rooms 202 and 206 have balcony views, while the rest are standard. The property overall needs proper maintenance and refurbishment.
