The rooms had no attached bathrooms. No dressing mirrors in the bedrooms. Very slow response to the requests from the staff.

We booked an entire villa. There were 3 rooms in that villa. One of the room's ac was not working. It was very hot in here. Also while booking, it was not mentioned that the swimming pool is shared. It was shared between a lot of villas, and a lot of restrictions are there. These villas should not be rented to bachelors - the neighbours quote.

The property was good but the location seems very interior so the vibe at the property was not so good. The management team was very good and ready to help and answer all the time.

All amenities were provided, which were mentioned on site. Check in and check out was smooth. Property was neat and clean. Loved to stay.

Not satisfied, door lock is broken, no hot water provided despite of complaining no response received, host does not pick phone, only caretakers response was good.

Property is very good to stay with family. Property location is prime location. Amenities & services is so good. Very nice swimming pool. All over is good.

Pool was not working, internet was not good. Another all things were excellent. Best place to stay at south goa

Very good duplex type building, clean with good balconies. Had cooking facilities. Enjoyed the ambience. Grocery and vegetable shops are nearby. They could keep tea bags, coffee, milk and sugar pouches readily available even at extra payment.
